The Worst Feeling Ever Is…

I tend to wander a lot due to my mental illness and my emotional roller coaster ride that I am always on “what is my worst feeling?” Have you ever once asked yourself this question? Better yet, has this thought ever crossed your mind before you fell upon this blog? I ask this for the simple fact that we never really stop to ask ourselves why we feel how we feel or why we lose it the way we do?

Those are just a few questions that we can ask ourselves. If you want to understand why you feel specific ways or lose it over things that may seem dumb, ask yourself questions like these. When asking these questions, though, you must be honest with yourself. That’s the only way you will learn yourself and your condition.

In my situation is the fact that I am such an emotional person. Being a passionate person is what I consider my worst feeling: I have such passion. This passion is what can cause me so much joy or so much pain. I have felt more pain than joy these last few years. I am so ready to bask in the pleasures that my emotions bring in a positive aspect.
My emotions have also gotten me into so much trouble it is not even funny.

If I had the option to separate myself from my emotions, I might take the opportunity to do so. I mean, why not? I could take a second not to feel what I consider to be my worst feeling. The crying wouldn’t be as much, neither would the stress, and I may get the chance to think clearly.

Now that I have placed this seed in your beautiful mind, don’t just read and keep it pushing. Read and take the time to look deep within yourself to become a better you. I know that every day the things I am learning, I try to use them so that I can continue growing towards the positive it’s just the negative is refusing to let go, lol.

Please don’t forget to support my family and me by stopping and checking out our shop http://shopnormees.store. We will be adding more inventory once our situation becomes a little bit better.
