Selfish people, OMG, they so make me sick. I mean, like the world does not revolve around you and whatever it is that you want. Other people in this world would share the same air as you if you didn’t notice.
It is so annoying having to tell another adult to grow up and stop being selfish. Especially when the adult has children of their own, you would think that they would have grown up when their child was born. The crazy part is, if truth be told, selfish people do not grow up, not even if they have children of their own. I mean, who would have thought right smh.
I try to be selfish, and I feel guilty every time, especially if I didn’t do something for the kids or with them. I end up not getting what I want and getting something for the kiddos instead. If I do get something for myself, I always make sure to get something for the kiddos. I feel like I am the only one like this, though.
I see many parents with no problems being selfish without their kids getting anything in return or out of the deal. I wonder, at times, what is running through their minds when they are being selfish to the point they even forget their kids?
It is 7:14 in the morning, and the other half was supposed to be home from work about two to three hours ago. I mean my spot, but instead, like always, whenever a vehicle is involved, the other half acts like he’s the only one with life and plans. The selfishness is driving me insane, especially on days I have things to do.
I don’t have patience for selfish people; it triggers my PTSD with my egg donor. She was a very selfish woman with me. That is mainly why we never got along. Her selfishness did not allow her to see that I was someone with my feelings and emotions.
But guess what my non-selfish behind did in this blog? I gave you three different scenarios for why I do not like selfish people with examples, lol. I hope you enjoyed my reasoning as to why selfish people are not my favorite. I hope you have a fantastic day, and remember to make today count for today is not promised to forget about tomorrow. We still have to live for today!
