Why does SSI have rude representatives?

I touched some memories that the call triggered. I don’t understand why people have to work with mental health or anyone with needs if they have no empathy. Saying you have a heart versus verbally or physically showing it are two different things. I talk about some of the reasons I have no contact with the woman that gave birth to me.
